Can We Age Better?

At senvi,we know so.

We believe our science could help extend longevity and healthspan by focusing on the cellular mechanisms that influence aging driven by disease, medical treatments, or time itself. Living longer matters most when we live well.

SENVI is a research-stage biotech company developing senolytics to support healthier aging and cellular resilience across acute and chronic disease. Our platform combines a novel approach to senescence with a differentiated discovery pipeline designed to produce a portfolio of selective, next-generation therapies.

Senescent cell accumulation is a key driver of aging, disrupting tissue function and promoting inflammation. Because aging is slow and not yet a defined regulatory indication, we are advancing our lead compound, SNC711, toward IND in oncology, where disease and treatment reproduce the hallmarks of aging in a rapid timeframe.

The Preclinical Data is Building a Consistent Story

Our platform is designed to advance senolytic therapies across cancer, regenerative and anti-aging medicine, and chronic and degenerative disease.

01

Aging

Aged mice showed visible biological rejuvenation after as little as two doses, including increased activity and strength, hair regrowth, improved skin and coat quality, and better metabolic parameters, suggesting senescent cell clearance may not just slow decline but reverse markers of aging itself.

02

Metabolic

In diet-induced obesity models, SNC711 reduced weight while preserving and enhancing muscle coordination and strength, addressing a key limitation of GLP-1 drugs, while slowing progression to diabetic glucose levels and reducing inflammatory markers, suggesting disease-modifying potential beyond weight loss.

Reduced Weight

03

Oncology

In oncology, where senescence may help tumors evade therapy, SNC711 drove complete tumor regression with a BRAF inhibitor in melanoma and increased cytotoxic T-cell infiltration 5–10x while substantially reducing tumor burden with checkpoint inhibition in pancreatic cancer, suggesting it may make existing therapies more effective and durable.

Senescence

What Are Senescent Cells?

Senescent cells are damaged or stressed cells that stop dividing but remain metabolically active, which cloaks them from removal and releases harmful signals (SASPs) that drive disease and aging.

Their accumulation disrupts tissue function, promotes chronic inflammation, and contributes to vascular stiffening, impairing normal repair and accelerating age-related decline.

AGING • METABOLIC DISEASE • ONCOLOGY • FIBROSIS • IMMUNE DYSFUNCTION • LONGEVITY

Across very different disease models, the common thread is the same: remove senescent cells and healthier biology begins to re-emerge.
